What you need to know

How It Works
  • You will receive a physical 10-trip card when you redeem the voucher on the boat.
  • 1 zone one-way is equal to a single trip.
  • 2 zone one-way is equal to 2 trips.
  • 2 zone return is equal to 4 trips.
  • 1 card per person.
  • Zones:
  • Zone A: Stops at Surfers Paradise and HOTA(Home of the Arts).
  • Zone B: Stops at the Broadwater Parklands, Marina Mirage and Sea World.

  • Ferry and all piers are wheelchair accessible and equipped with ramps and wheelchair-friendly areas
  • Prams, bicycles, surfboards and other sports equipment are welcome to be taken on board
  • Concession rate is valid for holders of current Pension Card or Student Card (card must be shown)
  • Ticket is valid for calendar day only
  • Ticket will be validated on the day of the journey by crew members
  • Tickets should be treated like cash as lost tickets are not able to be replaced
